I'm Miguel Olmos, a passionate barista, trainer, and roaster from Chile with strong roots in France and a global presence. From volunteering in festivals to speaking at international coffee events, I bring warmth, expertise, and storytelling to every brew. I’m also the founder of Café Lihue.
